As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we are looking for a Buyer / Technical Buyer to join our team. Are you passionate about sourcing strategies that enhance efficiency and quality? Join our innovative team at 1X, where we're revolutionising the integration of android technology into society. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Buyer to specialise in the strategic sourcing of select commodities. In this role, you will focus on planning approaches to source low, medium, and high volumes effectively, while implementing commercial strategies such as should-cost modelling, geographical de-risking, and advanced negotiation techniques. Your goal will be to ensure that 1X maintains the best supply chain in the world.

You will build close relationships with suppliers globally, working collaboratively with them to develop and mature production processes. Strong technical acumen will be essential as you engage in conversations with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on quality, delivery, and innovation.
