CNC Programmer and Operation Specialist - Sunnyvale

We’ve set up our second machine park, complementing our existing one in Moss, and we’re looking for a CNC Programmer & Operation Specialist to help us run it. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to manage everything from programming to the final inspection of parts, ensuring high-quality output with minimal oversight. You’ll play a key role in shaping our prototyping and small-scale manufacturing capabilities, rapidly turning engineering concepts into reality.

What You'll Do

• Program and operate DMG 5-axis mill/turn CNC machines using CAMWorks.
• Plan and execute entire processes, from design files to finished, measured parts.
• Suggest design improvements for manufacturability.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to meet daily or next-day turnaround times.
