Supply Chain and Production Planner

We are at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for real-world applications. Our mission is to create a sustainable and scalable solution for intelligent humanoids that will revolutionize industries. As we move from R&D to full-scale manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Production Planner to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of various in-house teams—Prototyping, Production, and Servicing—and translating those requirements into actionable procurement and supply chain plans. You will ensure that materials are ordered and delivered on time to meet the timelines and milestones of each team. This role requires proficiency in working with ERP systems to manage inventory and orders and familiarity with JIRA workflows to coordinate tasks and timelines across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management, production planning, and working in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and efficiency are crucial. You should have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in managing supply chain logistics for technical or hardware products.

Within one month, you will…
- Familiarize yourself with our internal processes, ERP systems, and JIRA workflows
- Understand the specific needs of the Prototyping, Production, and Servicing teams
- Begin coordinating supply orders to support the development and production of our humanoid platform (NEO)
Within three months, you will…
- Be self-sufficient in managing the supply chain and production planning for multiple teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that materials and components are ordered and delivered in alignment with project timelines (HW Engineering, Production Engineering and Production Operations, Servicing, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Own and maintain all supply chain planning documentation for your role
Within one year, you will…
- Be the go-to person for all supply chain and production planning needs within your area of responsibility
- Lead production planning activities for major builds, including prototype production and serial manufacturing trials
- Ensure all planning outcomes meet both quality and efficiency standards
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with using Odoo as an ERP system
- Experience working with JIRA and understanding of its workflows
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and lean methodologies related to material management / inventory management
- Experience in coordinating supply needs for medium- to high-complexity electronics products, including cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and manage timelines
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice-To-Haves:

- Solid documentation and reporting skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in using Odoo as an ERP system to enable effective supply chain and production operations (creating Manufacturing Orders, planning the day to day tasks for build technicians, creating automated replenishment orders / setting up safety stock levels)
- Experience with data acquisition methods in production and data analysis
- Familiarity with the assembly of complex electro-mechanical products (e.g. robotic solutions or similar)

We believe the best work is done when collaborating and therefore require in-person presence in our office locations.

Our facility is designed to be state-of-the-art, with a variety of 3D printers, an electronics lab, and controls test studio. 1XHQ offers food, showers, and outdoor activities.
